How does Green Bag Lunch reduce waste?
We pack lunches in special materials that reduce waste to the environment. Lunch bags are made from recycled paper and are 100% recyclable and compostable. Yogurt spoons are made of potato starch, and sandwich wraps are made from plant-based cellulose. Fruit and veggie cups are made from earth-friendly compostable materials instead of petroleum-based conventional plastic. Sure, this packaging costs more, but we think it’s an investment in the future.
